Union Mills is a well-established neighborhood of 94 garage-unit townhouses and 217 non-garage townhouses and 57 single family homes tucked in the southwest corner of Fairfax County, Virginia.  Our 92 acres are located just off either side of Union Mill Road between Lee Highway (Route 29) and Old Braddock Road.  The community sits in a park-like environment with many broad open spaces filled with decades-old trees and carefully tended lawns and landscaping.

Board of Directors Meetings

     All meetings of the Board of Directors will normally be held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm. The location is the McDonnell Room of the Sully Government Center on Stonecroft Blvd, Chantilly. All community residents are welcome to come to the meetings. Time is set aside for community input and questions.  If there is something you would like to bring to the attention of the Board that is more than a question, complete the Board Agenda Request form to request that your topic be put on the Agenda.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are essential to any organization's ability to fulfill its mission. Union Mills Community Association (UMCA) is no exception. Your community needs your help with its ongoing efforts. We all have busy schedules yet a small commitment of time can make a difference.

All members of the UMCA Board and committees serve without pay or financial benefits of any kind. But as a volunteer to UMCA, you would be instrumental in making our community a premier place to live, and in the process, you would be helping yourself by discovering new interests and friends.

At the moment UMCA has opportunities for you to contribute your skills and strengths in the creation, implementation and management of all of our on going efforts. If you have an interest and want to contribute to any of UMCA's committees to include Budget/Finance, Communications, Architectural, Budget/Finance, Open Spaces, and Welcoming Committee, please email any of the Board members or contact Jessica Azzarano at 703 803-9641.
