The community yard sale has moved to Saturday, October 21st due to rain. Calling all Union Mill residents! October is our month to shine!October’s movie night is Friday, 10/20 at the tennis courts where you’ll go Back to the Future III. The community yard sale is moved to 10/21 due to rain. Sign up! The very popular community clean-up is back! Friday-Sunday, 10/20-22, dumpsters will be onsite at the pool parking lot. Donation truck will be available Saturday afternoon. AND community clean-up occurs all weekend long. Please help make our community awesome by picking up some trash! The annual Fall Festival and Chili Cook-off is Saturday, 10/28!Other community news . . . Your 2023-2024 UMCA Board includes President Jared Clark, Patrick McGinty, Bogdan Feldrihan, Carlos Kondra, and Michael Gul. The new playground should be ready soon! FALL CLEANUP October 20-22  We are hosting the Fall Cleanup during October 20-22 weekend for all Union Mills residents!Starting Friday, October 20th through Sunday, October 22nd we will have large dumpsters on site for trash at the Pool House parking lot. No flammable materials of course and also no electronics. See details below on how to recycle electronics or how to dispose household hazardous waste which is not accepted here. Walking Path Closed Thurs & Fri, Oct 19 – 20! The walking path will be closed running behind the pool house through Route 29th.

Join us Friday, October 20th at dusk for another movie night! Event will be hosted at the tennis court. Patriot is going to pick up yard waste in the community on Saturdays (early in the morning) this year. 

Green Drop will be onsite on Saturday, May 13th from 12pm-2pm at the pool house to take your donated items (see details below!)Please see full list of items that are NOT accepted in the flyer (this will be distributed soon once received from GreenDrop). Please provide donated items only during the 12 pm – 2pm time window and do not leave items unattended at the pool house. Residents are responsible for disposing or taking back the items that are not accepted.
