Design Standards have been updated to increase the options for deck stains.
- The Union Mills Design Standards on the website have been updated to include this change. Style Guidelines
- Patriot no longer accepts yard waste in clear plastic bags. Grass clippings and leaves must be set out for pickup in biodegradable paper bags or in a trash container clearly marked “yard waste” on both sides.
