Union Mills Community Association and its property management company, FirstService Residential, take complaints and concerns seriously. Our mutual goal is to provide a great plan to live for all Union Mills residents. We want enjoyable spaces, strong and healthy governing, an abundance of volunteers involved in the community and great relationships between neighbors and community members.
We also understand that sometimes a resident may have a concern or complaint. These can first be submitted through our property management company, FirstService Residential or directly to the committee if applicable (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Board if applicable (email@example.com). In the event that a complaint requires further resolution, the Board has adopted Policy Resolution NO. 2021-02 (superseding Policy Resolution 2016-01). This policy outlines association complaint procedures and may be here: Complaint Resolution 2021.
