Fall Yard Sale at The Community Pool: Saturday, October 21st 8 AM – 12 PM

The community yard sale has moved to Saturday, October 21st due to rain. Union Mills Fall Yard Sale at The Community Pool: Saturday, October 20th between 8:00 a.m and 12 p.m. Participants will set up as early as 7:30 a.m. This event will be well advertised on all the Yard Sale Sites and we’ll have excellent signage.

Event rules
- Parking – Please do not park any vehicles in the pool parking lot starting with Friday 8 p.m before event day. Cars need to be moved before 6 a.m. Saturday morning to leave pool parking lot empty for yard sale participants. Thank you!
- We will have yard sale banners to advertise the event the week of event.
- The event will be heavily advertised on Garage Sales Tracker, Yard Sale Search, GSalr, Craigslist, Next Door Neighborhood, Yard Sale Treasure Map , and Yardsales.net (all free sites).
- We will provide one of the pool table for first 15 participants that sign up.
- Participants may setup as early as 7:30 a.m. We will keep tables reserved until 8 a.m.
- You’re welcome to bring your own table(s) if you wish.
- Colored Pricing sticker/labels will be readily available to you.
- Invite any of your neighbors down to participate. We still have tables available.
- Restrooms will be open in the pool house.
- Clean out that garage, basement or attic and let’s get it all sold! See you then.
